Aaron C. Walker

Aaron Walker is a patent attorney. His practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution, client counseling, patent appeals and USPTO post-grant proceedings, and the preparation of opinions including patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate. Aaron represents a wide variety of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individual inventors for the preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and international patent offices in Europe and Asia.

Mr. Walker's practice includes all aspects of patent preparation and procurement. His patent prosecution experience includes a wide range of technologies related to mechanical, electrical, and computer arts.

Mr. Walker began his career at a small IP boutique in Arlington, VA before joining Staas and Halsey, LLP in Washington D.C. in 2006. As both an associate and a partner at Staas and Halsey, Mr. Walker worked in many different fields of technology and provided services across a broad range of Intellectual Property issues.
