Mr. Ho draws on a diverse background that includes medical research at the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center as well as pharmaceutical research at Berlex Laboratories. He has also served as an ophthalmic technician in the Retina Division of the Jules Stein Eye Institute. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ho taught conversational English for an academic year in the northeast region of the People's Republic of China.
Between academic years, he was a summer associate at a Beijing-based trademark law firm as well as at a religious liberty law firm in Washington D.C. He also earned a certificate in Chinese Intellectual Property in a collaborative program between Tsinghua University and the University of New Hampshire.
