Mr. Lee is a registered patent attorney. Mr. Lee’s academic qualifications include a major in Electrical Engineering at the undergraduate level and Intellectual Property Laws at the graduate level. Mr. Lee has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for U.S. and international clients for 12 years at K&L Gates and BSKB prior to NSIP. In addition, Mr. Lee has 18 years of industry experience in the semiconductor field as engineer and patent manager of Hynix Semiconductor (currently SK Hynix), a global semiconductor company.
Based on substantial hands-on experience, Mr. Lee has developed an expertise in semiconductor memory devices, processes and assembly, digital circuit, IC design, and display technology fields. As a patent manager at Hynix, Mr. Lee has performed numerous patent invalidity and non-infringement analyses for the offensive and defensive patents involved in the patent licensing and litigation matters.
