Ms. Gladstein is a registered patent attorney. Ms. Gladstein has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for U.S. and international clients for more than 20 years. Ms. Gladstein has had extensive experience preparing and filing requests to reexamine U.S. patents across a variety of technologies. Ms. Gladstein has also assisted in various intellectual property litigation matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission and in various U.S. district courts.
Prior to receiving her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Gladstein worked for Sensormatic Electronics as a co-op engineer, where she designed and implemented testing programs for Sensormatic's commercially successful Article Surveillance System. Ms. Gladstein’s academic qualifications include a major in Electrical Engineering at the undergraduate level and Intellectual Property Laws at the graduate level.
